Almsgiving
بِسْمِin (the) name ٱللَّهِ(of) allah ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِthe most merciful
أَرَءَيْتَhave you seen ٱلَّذِىthe one who يُكَذِّبُdenies بِٱلدِّينِthe judgment١ Āyah 1
فَذَٰلِكَthen that ٱلَّذِى(is) the one who يَدُعُّrepulses ٱلْيَتِيمَthe orphan٢ Āyah 2
وَلَاand (does) not يَحُضُّfeel the urge عَلَىٰto طَعَامِfeed ٱلْمِسْكِينِthe poor٣ Āyah 3
فَوَيْلٌso woe لِّلْمُصَلِّينَto those who pray٤ Āyah 4
ٱلَّذِينَthose who هُمْ[they] عَنabout صَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayers سَاهُونَ(are) neglectful٥ Āyah 5
ٱلَّذِينَthose who هُمْ[they] يُرَآءُونَmake show٦ Āyah 6
وَيَمْنَعُونَand they deny ٱلْمَاعُونَ[the] small kindnesses٧ Āyah 7
