البروج

بِسْمِin (the) name ٱللَّهِ(of) allah ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِthe most merciful

وَٱلسَّمَآءِby the sky ذَاتِcontaining ٱلْبُرُوجِthe constellations۝١ Āyah 1

وَٱلْيَوْمِand the day ٱلْمَوْعُودِpromised۝٢ Āyah 2

وَشَاهِدٍand (the) witness وَمَشْهُودٍand what is witnessed۝٣ Āyah 3

قُتِلَdestroyed were أَصْحَٰبُ(the) companions ٱلْأُخْدُودِ(of) the pit۝٤ Āyah 4

ٱلنَّارِ(of) the fire ذَاتِfull ٱلْوَقُودِ(of) the fuel۝٥ Āyah 5

إِذْwhen هُمْthey عَلَيْهَاby it قُعُودٌ(were) sitting۝٦ Āyah 6

وَهُمْand they عَلَىٰover مَاwhat يَفْعَلُونَthey were doing بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَto the believers شُهُودٌwitnesses۝٧ Āyah 7

وَمَاand not نَقَمُوا۟they resented مِنْهُمْ[of] them إِلَّآexcept أَنthat يُؤْمِنُوا۟they believed بِٱللَّهِin allah ٱلْعَزِيزِthe all mighty ٱلْحَمِيدِthe praiseworthy۝٨ Āyah 8

ٱلَّذِىthe one who لَهُۥfor him مُلْكُ(is) the dominion ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ(of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِand the earth; وَٱللَّهُand allah عَلَىٰon كُلِّevery شَىْءٍthing شَهِيدٌ(is) a witness۝٩ Āyah 9

إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِينَthose who فَتَنُوا۟persecuted ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believing men وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِand the believing women ثُمَّthen لَمْnot يَتُوبُوا۟they repented فَلَهُمْthen for them عَذَابُ(is the) punishment جَهَنَّمَ(of) hell وَلَهُمْand for them عَذَابُ(is the) punishment ٱلْحَرِيقِ(of) the burning fire۝١٠ Āyah 10

إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِينَthose who ءَامَنُوا۟believe وَعَمِلُوا۟and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِthe righteous deeds لَهُمْfor them جَنَّٰتٌ(will be) gardens تَجْرِىflow مِنfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath it ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُthe rivers ذَٰلِكَthat ٱلْفَوْزُ(is) the success ٱلْكَبِيرُthe great۝١١ Āyah 11

إِنَّindeed بَطْشَ(the) grip رَبِّكَ(of) your lord لَشَدِيدٌ(is) surely strong۝١٢ Āyah 12

إِنَّهُۥindeed he هُوَhe يُبْدِئُoriginates وَيُعِيدُand repeats۝١٣ Āyah 13

وَهُوَand he ٱلْغَفُورُ(is) the oft forgiving ٱلْوَدُودُthe most loving۝١٤ Āyah 14

ذُوowner (of) ٱلْعَرْشِthe throne ٱلْمَجِيدُthe glorious۝١٥ Āyah 15

فَعَّالٌdoer لِّمَاof what يُرِيدُhe intends۝١٦ Āyah 16

هَلْhas أَتَىٰكَcome to you حَدِيثُ(the) story ٱلْجُنُودِ(of) the hosts۝١٧ Āyah 17

فِرْعَوْنَfiraun وَثَمُودَand thamud۝١٨ Āyah 18

بَلِnay ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieve فِى(are) in تَكْذِيبٍdenial۝١٩ Āyah 19

وَٱللَّهُbut allah مِنfrom وَرَآئِهِمbehind them مُّحِيطٌۢencompasses۝٢٠ Āyah 20

بَلْnay هُوَit قُرْءَانٌ(is) a quran مَّجِيدٌglorious۝٢١ Āyah 21

فِىin لَوْحٍa tablet مَّحْفُوظٍۭguarded۝٢٢ Āyah 22
