التغابن

بِسْمِin (the) name ٱللَّهِ(of) allah ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِthe most merciful

يُسَبِّحُglorifies لِلَّهِ[to] allah مَاwhatever فِى(is) in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَمَاand whatever فِى(is) in ٱلْأَرْضِthe earth لَهُfor him ٱلْمُلْكُ(is the) dominion وَلَهُand for him ٱلْحَمْدُ(is) the praise وَهُوَand he عَلَىٰ(is) on كُلِّevery شَىْءٍthing قَدِيرٌall powerful۝١ Āyah 1

هُوَhe ٱلَّذِى(is) the one who خَلَقَكُمْcreated you فَمِنكُمْand among you كَافِرٌ(is) a disbeliever وَمِنكُمand among you مُّؤْمِنٌ(is) a believer وَٱللَّهُand allah بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُونَyou do بَصِيرٌ(is) all seer۝٢ Āyah 2

خَلَقَhe created ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth بِٱلْحَقِّwith truth وَصَوَّرَكُمْand he formed you فَأَحْسَنَand made good صُوَرَكُمْyour forms وَإِلَيْهِand to him ٱلْمَصِيرُ(is) the final return۝٣ Āyah 3

يَعْلَمُhe knows مَاwhat فِى(is) in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِand the earth وَيَعْلَمُand he knows مَاwhat تُسِرُّونَyou conceal وَمَاand what تُعْلِنُونَyou declare وَٱللَّهُand allah عَلِيمٌۢ(is) all knowing بِذَاتِof what ٱلصُّدُورِ(is in) the breasts۝٤ Āyah 4

أَلَمْhas not يَأْتِكُمْcome to you نَبَؤُا۟(the) news ٱلَّذِينَ(of) those who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieved مِنbefore قَبْلُbefore فَذَاقُوا۟so they tasted وَبَالَ(the bad) consequence أَمْرِهِمْ(of) their affair وَلَهُمْand for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment أَلِيمٌpainful۝٥ Āyah 5

ذَٰلِكَthat بِأَنَّهُۥ(is) because كَانَتhad تَّأْتِيهِمْcome to them رُسُلُهُمtheir messengers بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِwith clear proofs فَقَالُوٓا۟but they said أَبَشَرٌshall human beings يَهْدُونَنَاguide us فَكَفَرُوا۟so they disbelieved وَتَوَلَّوا۟and turned away وَّٱسْتَغْنَىand allah can do without them ٱللَّهُand allah can do without them وَٱللَّهُand allah غَنِىٌّ(is) self sufficient حَمِيدٌpraiseworthy۝٦ Āyah 6

زَعَمَclaim ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوٓا۟disbelieve أَنthat لَّنnever يُبْعَثُوا۟will they be raised قُلْsay بَلَىٰyes وَرَبِّىby my lord لَتُبْعَثُنَّsurely you will be raised; ثُمَّthen لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّsurely you will be informed بِمَاof what عَمِلْتُمْyou did وَذَٰلِكَand that عَلَىfor ٱللَّهِallah يَسِيرٌ(is) easy۝٧ Āyah 7

فَـَٔامِنُوا۟so believe بِٱللَّهِin allah وَرَسُولِهِۦand his messenger وَٱلنُّورِand the light ٱلَّذِىٓwhich أَنزَلْنَاwe have sent down وَٱللَّهُand allah بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُونَyou do خَبِيرٌ(is) all aware۝٨ Āyah 8

يَوْمَ(the) day يَجْمَعُكُمْhe will assemble you لِيَوْمِfor (the) day ٱلْجَمْعِ(of) the assembly ذَٰلِكَthat يَوْمُ(will be the) day ٱلتَّغَابُنِ(of) mutual loss and gain وَمَنand whoever يُؤْمِنۢbelieves بِٱللَّهِin allah وَيَعْمَلْand does صَٰلِحًاrighteous deeds يُكَفِّرْhe will remove عَنْهُfrom سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦhis evil deeds وَيُدْخِلْهُand he will admit him جَنَّٰتٍ(to) gardens تَجْرِىflow مِنfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath it ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُthe rivers خَٰلِدِينَabiding فِيهَآtherein أَبَدًاforever ذَٰلِكَthat ٱلْفَوْزُ(is) the success ٱلْعَظِيمُthe great۝٩ Āyah 9

وَٱلَّذِينَbut those who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieved وَكَذَّبُوا۟and denied بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ[in] our verses أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose أَصْحَٰبُ(are the) companions ٱلنَّارِ(of) the fire خَٰلِدِينَabiding forever فِيهَاtherein وَبِئْسَand wretched is ٱلْمَصِيرُthe destination۝١٠ Āyah 10
