بِسْمِin (the) name ٱللَّهِ(of) allah ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِthe most merciful

سَبِّحِglorify ٱسْمَ(the) name رَبِّكَ(of) your lord ٱلْأَعْلَىthe most high۝١ Āyah 1

ٱلَّذِىthe one who خَلَقَcreated فَسَوَّىٰthen proportioned۝٢ Āyah 2

وَٱلَّذِىand the one who قَدَّرَmeasured فَهَدَىٰthen guided۝٣ Āyah 3

وَٱلَّذِىٓand the one who أَخْرَجَbrings forth ٱلْمَرْعَىٰthe pasture۝٤ Āyah 4

فَجَعَلَهُۥand then makes it غُثَآءًstubble أَحْوَىٰdark۝٥ Āyah 5

سَنُقْرِئُكَwe will make you recite فَلَاso not تَنسَىٰٓyou will forget۝٦ Āyah 6

إِلَّاexcept مَاwhat شَآءَwills ٱللَّهُallah إِنَّهُۥindeed he يَعْلَمُknows ٱلْجَهْرَthe manifest وَمَاand what يَخْفَىٰis hidden۝٧ Āyah 7

وَنُيَسِّرُكَand we will ease you لِلْيُسْرَىٰto the ease۝٨ Āyah 8

فَذَكِّرْso remind إِنif نَّفَعَتِbenefits ٱلذِّكْرَىٰthe reminder۝٩ Āyah 9

سَيَذَّكَّرُhe will pay heed مَن(one) who يَخْشَىٰfears (allah)۝١٠ Āyah 10

وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَاand will avoid it ٱلْأَشْقَىthe wretched one۝١١ Āyah 11

ٱلَّذِىthe one who يَصْلَىwill burn ٱلنَّارَ(in) the fire ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ[the] great۝١٢ Āyah 12

ثُمَّthen لَاnot يَمُوتُhe will die فِيهَاtherein وَلَاand not يَحْيَىٰwill live۝١٣ Āyah 13

قَدْcertainly أَفْلَحَhas succeeded مَن(one) who تَزَكَّىٰpurifies (himself)۝١٤ Āyah 14

وَذَكَرَand remembers ٱسْمَ(the) name رَبِّهِۦ(of) his lord فَصَلَّىٰand prays۝١٥ Āyah 15

بَلْnay تُؤْثِرُونَyou prefer ٱلْحَيَوٰةَthe life ٱلدُّنْيَا(of) the world۝١٦ Āyah 16

وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُwhile the hereafter خَيْرٌ(is) better وَأَبْقَىٰٓand everlasting۝١٧ Āyah 17

إِنَّindeed هَٰذَاthis لَفِىsurely (is) in ٱلصُّحُفِthe scriptures ٱلْأُولَىٰ[the] former۝١٨ Āyah 18

صُحُفِ(the) scriptures إِبْرَٰهِيمَ(of) ibrahim وَمُوسَىٰand musa۝١٩ Āyah 19
