البقرة

بِسْمِin (the) name ٱللَّهِ(of) allah ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِthe most merciful

الٓمٓalif laam meem۝١ Āyah 1

ذَٰلِكَthat ٱلْكِتَٰبُ(is) the book لَاno رَيْبَdoubt فِيهِin it هُدًىa guidance لِّلْمُتَّقِينَfor the god conscious۝٢ Āyah 2

ٱلَّذِينَthose who يُؤْمِنُونَbelieve بِٱلْغَيْبِin the unseen وَيُقِيمُونَand establish ٱلصَّلَوٰةَthe prayer وَمِمَّاand out of what رَزَقْنَٰهُمْwe have provided them يُنفِقُونَthey spend۝٣ Āyah 3

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who يُؤْمِنُونَbelieve بِمَآin what أُنزِلَ(is) sent down إِلَيْكَto you وَمَآand what أُنزِلَwas sent down مِنfrom قَبْلِكَbefore you وَبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِand in the hereafter هُمْthey يُوقِنُونَfirmly believe۝٤ Āyah 4

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose عَلَىٰ(are) on هُدًىguidance مِّنfrom رَّبِّهِمْtheir lord وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَand those هُمُthey ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ(are) the successful ones۝٥ Āyah 5

إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieve[d] سَوَآءٌ(it) is same عَلَيْهِمْto them ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْwhether you warn them أَمْor لَمْnot تُنذِرْهُمْyou warn them لَاnot يُؤْمِنُونَthey believe۝٦ Āyah 6

خَتَمَhas set a seal ٱللَّهُallah عَلَىٰon قُلُوبِهِمْtheir hearts وَعَلَىٰand on سَمْعِهِمْtheir hearing وَعَلَىٰٓand on أَبْصَٰرِهِمْtheir vision غِشَٰوَةٌ(is) a veil وَلَهُمْand for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment عَظِيمٌgreat۝٧ Āyah 7
