الحديد

وَلَقَدْand certainly أَرْسَلْنَاwe sent نُوحًاnuh وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَand ibrahim وَجَعَلْنَاand we placed فِىin ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَاtheir offspring ٱلنُّبُوَّةَprophethood وَٱلْكِتَٰبَand the scripture; فَمِنْهُمand among them مُّهْتَدٍ(is) a guided one وَكَثِيرٌbut most مِّنْهُمْof them فَٰسِقُونَ(are) defiantly disobediently۝٢٦ Āyah 26

ثُمَّthen قَفَّيْنَاwe sent عَلَىٰٓon ءَاثَٰرِهِمtheir footsteps بِرُسُلِنَاour messengers وَقَفَّيْنَاand we followed بِعِيسَىwith isa ٱبْنِson مَرْيَمَ(of) maryam وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُand we gave him ٱلْإِنجِيلَthe injeel وَجَعَلْنَاand we placed فِىin قُلُوبِ(the) hearts ٱلَّذِينَ(of) those who ٱتَّبَعُوهُfollowed him رَأْفَةًcompassion وَرَحْمَةًand mercy وَرَهْبَانِيَّةًbut monasticism ٱبْتَدَعُوهَاthey innovated مَاnot كَتَبْنَٰهَاwe prescribed it عَلَيْهِمْfor them إِلَّاonly ٱبْتِغَآءَseeking رِضْوَٰنِ(the) pleasure ٱللَّهِ(of) allah فَمَاbut not رَعَوْهَاthey observed it حَقَّ(with) right رِعَايَتِهَاobservance فَـَٔاتَيْنَاso we gave ٱلَّذِينَthose who ءَامَنُوا۟believed مِنْهُمْamong them أَجْرَهُمْtheir reward وَكَثِيرٌbut most مِّنْهُمْof them فَٰسِقُونَ(are) defiantly disobediently۝٢٧ Āyah 27

يَٰٓأَيُّهَاo you who believe ٱلَّذِينَo you who believe ءَامَنُوا۟o you who believe ٱتَّقُوا۟fear ٱللَّهَallah وَءَامِنُوا۟and believe بِرَسُولِهِۦin his messenger; يُؤْتِكُمْhe will give you كِفْلَيْنِdouble portion مِنof رَّحْمَتِهِۦhis mercy وَيَجْعَلand he will make لَّكُمْfor you نُورًاa light تَمْشُونَyou will walk بِهِۦwith it وَيَغْفِرْand he will forgive لَكُمْyou وَٱللَّهُand allah غَفُورٌ(is) oft forgiving رَّحِيمٌmost merciful۝٢٨ Āyah 28

لِّئَلَّاso that يَعْلَمَmay know أَهْلُ(the) people ٱلْكِتَٰبِ(of) the book أَلَّاthat not يَقْدِرُونَthey have power عَلَىٰover شَىْءٍanything مِّنfrom فَضْلِ(the) bounty ٱللَّهِ(of) allah وَأَنَّand that ٱلْفَضْلَthe bounty بِيَدِ(is) in allahs hand; ٱللَّهِ(is) in allahs hand; يُؤْتِيهِhe gives it مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills وَٱللَّهُand allah ذُو(is) the possessor of bounty ٱلْفَضْلِ(is) the possessor of bounty ٱلْعَظِيمِthe great۝٢٩ Āyah 29
