القيامة

فَلَاand not صَدَّقَhe accepted (the) truth وَلَاand not صَلَّىٰhe prayed۝٣١ Āyah 31

وَلَٰكِنbut كَذَّبَhe denied وَتَوَلَّىٰand turned away۝٣٢ Āyah 32

ثُمَّthen ذَهَبَhe went إِلَىٰٓto أَهْلِهِۦhis family يَتَمَطَّىٰٓswaggering۝٣٣ Āyah 33

أَوْلَىٰwoe لَكَto you فَأَوْلَىٰand woe۝٣٤ Āyah 34

ثُمَّthen أَوْلَىٰwoe لَكَto you فَأَوْلَىٰٓand woe۝٣٥ Āyah 35

أَيَحْسَبُdoes think ٱلْإِنسَٰنُman أَنthat يُتْرَكَhe will be left سُدًىneglected۝٣٦ Āyah 36

أَلَمْwas not يَكُhe نُطْفَةًa semen drop مِّنof مَّنِىٍّsemen يُمْنَىٰemitted۝٣٧ Āyah 37

ثُمَّthen كَانَhe was عَلَقَةًa clinging substance فَخَلَقَthen he created فَسَوَّىٰand proportioned۝٣٨ Āyah 38

فَجَعَلَthen made مِنْهُof him ٱلزَّوْجَيْنِtwo kinds ٱلذَّكَرَ(the) male وَٱلْأُنثَىٰٓand the female۝٣٩ Āyah 39

أَلَيْسَis not ذَٰلِكَ[that] بِقَٰدِرٍ(he) able عَلَىٰٓ[over] أَنto يُحْـِۧىَgive life ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ(to) the dead۝٤٠ Āyah 40
