النازعات

ءَأَنتُمْare you أَشَدُّa more difficult خَلْقًاcreation أَمِor ٱلسَّمَآءُthe heaven بَنَىٰهَاhe constructed it۝٢٧ Āyah 27

رَفَعَhe raised سَمْكَهَاits ceiling فَسَوَّىٰهَاand proportioned it۝٢٨ Āyah 28

وَأَغْطَشَand he darkened لَيْلَهَاits night وَأَخْرَجَand brought out ضُحَىٰهَاits brightness۝٢٩ Āyah 29

وَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth بَعْدَafter ذَٰلِكَthat دَحَىٰهَآhe spread it۝٣٠ Āyah 30

أَخْرَجَhe brought forth مِنْهَاfrom it مَآءَهَاits water وَمَرْعَىٰهَاand its pasture۝٣١ Āyah 31

وَٱلْجِبَالَand the mountains أَرْسَىٰهَاhe made them۝٣٢ Āyah 32

مَتَٰعًا(as) a provision لَّكُمْfor you وَلِأَنْعَٰمِكُمْand for your cattle۝٣٣ Āyah 33

فَإِذَاbut when جَآءَتِcomes ٱلطَّآمَّةُthe overwhelming calamity ٱلْكُبْرَىٰthe great۝٣٤ Āyah 34

يَوْمَ(the) day يَتَذَكَّرُwill remember ٱلْإِنسَٰنُman مَاwhat سَعَىٰhe strove (for)۝٣٥ Āyah 35

وَبُرِّزَتِand will be made manifest ٱلْجَحِيمُthe hellfire لِمَنto (him) who يَرَىٰsees۝٣٦ Āyah 36

فَأَمَّاthen as for مَن(him) who طَغَىٰtransgressed۝٣٧ Āyah 37

وَءَاثَرَand preferred ٱلْحَيَوٰةَthe life ٱلدُّنْيَا(of) the world۝٣٨ Āyah 38

فَإِنَّthen indeed ٱلْجَحِيمَthe hellfire هِىَit ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ(is) the refuge۝٣٩ Āyah 39

وَأَمَّاbut as for مَنْ(him) who خَافَfeared مَقَامَstanding رَبِّهِۦ(before) his lord وَنَهَىand restrained ٱلنَّفْسَhis soul عَنِfrom ٱلْهَوَىٰthe vain desires۝٤٠ Āyah 40

فَإِنَّthen indeed ٱلْجَنَّةَparadise هِىَit (is) ٱلْمَأْوَىٰthe refuge۝٤١ Āyah 41

يَسْـَٔلُونَكَthey ask you عَنِabout ٱلسَّاعَةِthe hour أَيَّانَwhen مُرْسَىٰهَا(is) its arrival۝٤٢ Āyah 42

فِيمَin what أَنتَ(are) you مِن[of] ذِكْرَىٰهَآ(to) mention it۝٤٣ Āyah 43

إِلَىٰto رَبِّكَyour lord مُنتَهَىٰهَآ(is) its finality۝٤٤ Āyah 44

إِنَّمَآonly أَنتَyou مُنذِرُ(are) a warner مَن(for him) who يَخْشَىٰهَاfears it۝٤٥ Āyah 45

كَأَنَّهُمْas though they يَوْمَ(the) day يَرَوْنَهَاthey see it لَمْnot يَلْبَثُوٓا۟they had remained إِلَّاexcept عَشِيَّةًan evening أَوْor ضُحَىٰهَاa morning thereof۝٤٦ Āyah 46
