الأنبياء

قُلْsay مَنwho يَكْلَؤُكُم(can) protect you بِٱلَّيْلِin the night وَٱلنَّهَارِand the day مِنَfrom ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِthe most gracious بَلْyet هُمْthey عَنfrom ذِكْرِ(the) remembrance رَبِّهِم(of) their lord مُّعْرِضُونَturn away۝٤٢ Āyah 42

أَمْor لَهُمْhave they ءَالِهَةٌgods تَمْنَعُهُم(to) defend them مِّنfrom دُونِنَاus لَاnot يَسْتَطِيعُونَthey are able نَصْرَ(to) help أَنفُسِهِمْthemselves وَلَاand not هُمthey مِّنَّاfrom us يُصْحَبُونَcan be protected۝٤٣ Āyah 43

بَلْnay مَتَّعْنَاwe gave provision هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ(to) these وَءَابَآءَهُمْand their fathers حَتَّىٰuntil طَالَgrew long عَلَيْهِمُfor them ٱلْعُمُرُthe life أَفَلَاthen do not يَرَوْنَthey see أَنَّاthat we نَأْتِىwe come ٱلْأَرْضَ(to) the land نَنقُصُهَاwe reduce it مِنْfrom أَطْرَافِهَآits borders أَفَهُمُso is (it) they ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ(who will be) overcoming۝٤٤ Āyah 44

قُلْsay إِنَّمَآonly أُنذِرُكُمi warn you بِٱلْوَحْىِby the revelation وَلَاbut not يَسْمَعُhear ٱلصُّمُّthe deaf ٱلدُّعَآءَthe call إِذَاwhen مَاwhen يُنذَرُونَthey are warned۝٤٥ Āyah 45

وَلَئِنand if مَّسَّتْهُمْtouches them نَفْحَةٌa whiff مِّنْof عَذَابِ(the) punishment رَبِّكَ(of) your lord لَيَقُولُنَّsurely they will say يَٰوَيْلَنَآo woe to us إِنَّاindeed we كُنَّا[we] were ظَٰلِمِينَwrongdoers۝٤٦ Āyah 46

وَنَضَعُand we set ٱلْمَوَٰزِينَthe scales ٱلْقِسْطَ(of) the justice لِيَوْمِfor (the) day ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ(of) the resurrection فَلَاso not تُظْلَمُwill be wronged نَفْسٌany soul شَيْـًٔا(in) anything وَإِنand if كَانَ(there) be مِثْقَالَweight حَبَّةٍ(of) a seed مِّنْof خَرْدَلٍa mustard أَتَيْنَاwe will bring بِهَا[with] it وَكَفَىٰand sufficient بِنَا(are) we حَٰسِبِينَ(as) reckoners۝٤٧ Āyah 47

وَلَقَدْand verily ءَاتَيْنَاwe gave مُوسَىٰmusa وَهَٰرُونَand harun ٱلْفُرْقَانَthe criterion وَضِيَآءًand a light وَذِكْرًاand a reminder لِّلْمُتَّقِينَfor the righteous۝٤٨ Āyah 48

ٱلَّذِينَthose who يَخْشَوْنَfear رَبَّهُمtheir lord بِٱلْغَيْبِin the unseen وَهُمand they مِّنَof ٱلسَّاعَةِthe hour مُشْفِقُونَ(are) afraid۝٤٩ Āyah 49

وَهَٰذَاand this ذِكْرٌ(is) a reminder مُّبَارَكٌblessed أَنزَلْنَٰهُwhich we (have) revealed أَفَأَنتُمْthen are you لَهُۥof it مُنكِرُونَrejecters۝٥٠ Āyah 50
