الفرقان

تَبَارَكَblessed is he ٱلَّذِىwho جَعَلَhas placed فِىin ٱلسَّمَآءِthe skies بُرُوجًاconstellations وَجَعَلَand has placed فِيهَاtherein سِرَٰجًاa lamp وَقَمَرًاand a moon مُّنِيرًاshining۝٦١ Āyah 61

وَهُوَand he ٱلَّذِى(is) the one who جَعَلَmade ٱلَّيْلَthe night وَٱلنَّهَارَand the day خِلْفَةً(in) succession لِّمَنْfor whoever أَرَادَdesires أَنto يَذَّكَّرَremember أَوْor أَرَادَdesires شُكُورًاto be thankful۝٦٢ Āyah 62

وَعِبَادُand (the) slaves ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ(of) the most gracious ٱلَّذِينَ(are) those who يَمْشُونَwalk عَلَىon ٱلْأَرْضِthe earth هَوْنًا(in) humbleness وَإِذَاand when خَاطَبَهُمُaddress them ٱلْجَٰهِلُونَthe ignorant ones قَالُوا۟they say سَلَٰمًاpeace۝٦٣ Āyah 63

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who يَبِيتُونَspend (the) night لِرَبِّهِمْbefore their lord سُجَّدًاprostrating وَقِيَٰمًاand standing۝٦٤ Āyah 64

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who يَقُولُونَsay رَبَّنَاour lord ٱصْرِفْavert عَنَّاfrom us عَذَابَthe punishment جَهَنَّمَ(of) hell إِنَّindeed عَذَابَهَاits punishment كَانَis غَرَامًاinseparable۝٦٥ Āyah 65

إِنَّهَاindeed it سَآءَتْ(is) an مُسْتَقَرًّاabode وَمُقَامًاand resting place۝٦٦ Āyah 66

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who إِذَآwhen أَنفَقُوا۟they spend لَمْ(are) not extravagant يُسْرِفُوا۟(are) not extravagant وَلَمْand are not stingy يَقْتُرُوا۟and are not stingy وَكَانَbut are بَيْنَbetween ذَٰلِكَthat قَوَامًاmoderate۝٦٧ Āyah 67

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who لَا(do) not يَدْعُونَinvoke مَعَwith ٱللَّهِallah إِلَٰهًاgod ءَاخَرَanother وَلَاand (do) not يَقْتُلُونَ[they] kill ٱلنَّفْسَthe soul ٱلَّتِىwhich حَرَّمَallah has forbidden ٱللَّهُallah has forbidden إِلَّاexcept بِٱلْحَقِّby right وَلَاand (do) not يَزْنُونَcommit adultery وَمَنand whoever يَفْعَلْdoes ذَٰلِكَthat يَلْقَwill meet أَثَامًاa penalty۝٦٨ Āyah 68

يُضَٰعَفْwill be doubled لَهُfor him ٱلْعَذَابُthe punishment يَوْمَ(on the) day ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ(of) resurrection وَيَخْلُدْand he will abide forever فِيهِۦtherein مُهَانًاhumiliated۝٦٩ Āyah 69

إِلَّاexcept مَن(he) who تَابَrepents وَءَامَنَand believes وَعَمِلَand does عَمَلًاrighteous deeds صَٰلِحًاrighteous deeds فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthen (for) those يُبَدِّلُallah will replace ٱللَّهُallah will replace سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمْtheir evil deeds حَسَنَٰتٍ(with) good ones وَكَانَand is ٱللَّهُallah غَفُورًاoft forgiving رَّحِيمًاmost merciful۝٧٠ Āyah 70

وَمَنand whoever تَابَrepents وَعَمِلَand does صَٰلِحًاrighteous (deeds) فَإِنَّهُۥthen indeed he يَتُوبُturns إِلَىto ٱللَّهِallah مَتَابًا(with) repentance۝٧١ Āyah 71

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who لَا(do) not يَشْهَدُونَbear witness ٱلزُّورَ(to) the falsehood وَإِذَاand when مَرُّوا۟they pass بِٱللَّغْوِby futility مَرُّوا۟they pass كِرَامًا(as) dignified ones۝٧٢ Āyah 72

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who إِذَاwhen ذُكِّرُوا۟they are reminded بِـَٔايَٰتِof (the) verses رَبِّهِمْ(of) their lord لَمْ(do) not يَخِرُّوا۟fall عَلَيْهَاupon them صُمًّاdeaf وَعُمْيَانًاand blind۝٧٣ Āyah 73

وَٱلَّذِينَand those who يَقُولُونَsay رَبَّنَاour lord هَبْgrant لَنَاto us مِنْfrom أَزْوَٰجِنَاour spouses وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَاand our offspring قُرَّةَcomfort أَعْيُنٍ(to) our eyes وَٱجْعَلْنَاand make us لِلْمُتَّقِينَfor the righteous إِمَامًاa leader۝٧٤ Āyah 74

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose يُجْزَوْنَwill be awarded ٱلْغُرْفَةَthe chamber بِمَاbecause صَبَرُوا۟they were patient وَيُلَقَّوْنَand they will be met فِيهَاtherein تَحِيَّةً(with) greetings وَسَلَٰمًاand peace۝٧٥ Āyah 75

خَٰلِدِينَwill abide forever فِيهَاin it حَسُنَتْgood مُسْتَقَرًّا(is) the settlement وَمُقَامًاand a resting place۝٧٦ Āyah 76

قُلْsay مَاnot يَعْبَؤُا۟will care بِكُمْfor you رَبِّىmy lord لَوْلَاif not دُعَآؤُكُمْyour prayer (is to him) فَقَدْbut verily كَذَّبْتُمْyou have denied فَسَوْفَso soon يَكُونُwill be لِزَامًۢاthe inevitable (punishment)۝٧٧ Āyah 77
