الأحزاب

يَٰٓأَيُّهَاo prophet ٱلنَّبِىُّo prophet قُلsay لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَto your wives وَبَنَاتِكَand your daughters وَنِسَآءِand (the) women ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ(of) the believers يُدْنِينَto draw عَلَيْهِنَّover themselves مِن[of] جَلَٰبِيبِهِنَّtheir outer garments ذَٰلِكَthat أَدْنَىٰٓ(is) more suitable أَنthat يُعْرَفْنَthey should be known فَلَاand not يُؤْذَيْنَharmed وَكَانَand is ٱللَّهُallah غَفُورًاoft forgiving رَّحِيمًاmost merciful۝٥٩ Āyah 59

لَّئِنif لَّمْ(do) not يَنتَهِcease ٱلْمُنَٰفِقُونَthe hypocrites وَٱلَّذِينَand those who فِىin قُلُوبِهِمtheir hearts مَّرَضٌ(is) a disease وَٱلْمُرْجِفُونَand those who spread فِىin ٱلْمَدِينَةِthe city لَنُغْرِيَنَّكَwe will let you overpower them بِهِمْwe will let you overpower them ثُمَّthen لَاnot يُجَاوِرُونَكَthey will remain your neighbors فِيهَآtherein إِلَّاexcept قَلِيلًا(for) a little۝٦٠ Āyah 60

مَّلْعُونِينَaccursed أَيْنَمَاwherever ثُقِفُوٓا۟they are found أُخِذُوا۟they are seized وَقُتِّلُوا۟and massacred completely تَقْتِيلًاand massacred completely۝٦١ Āyah 61

سُنَّةَ(such is the) way ٱللَّهِ(of) allah فِىwith ٱلَّذِينَthose who خَلَوْا۟passed away مِنbefore قَبْلُbefore وَلَنand never تَجِدَyou will find لِسُنَّةِin (the) way ٱللَّهِ(of) allah تَبْدِيلًاany change۝٦٢ Āyah 62

يَسْـَٔلُكَask you ٱلنَّاسُthe people عَنِabout ٱلسَّاعَةِthe hour قُلْsay إِنَّمَاonly عِلْمُهَاits knowledge عِندَ(is) with ٱللَّهِallah وَمَاand what يُدْرِيكَwill make you know لَعَلَّperhaps ٱلسَّاعَةَthe hour تَكُونُis قَرِيبًاnear۝٦٣ Āyah 63

إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah لَعَنَhas cursed ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَthe disbelievers وَأَعَدَّand has prepared لَهُمْfor them سَعِيرًاa blaze۝٦٤ Āyah 64

خَٰلِدِينَabiding فِيهَآtherein أَبَدًاforever لَّاnot يَجِدُونَthey will find وَلِيًّاany protector وَلَاand not نَصِيرًاany helper۝٦٥ Āyah 65

يَوْمَ(the) day تُقَلَّبُwill be turned about وُجُوهُهُمْtheir faces فِىin ٱلنَّارِthe fire يَقُولُونَthey will say يَٰلَيْتَنَآo we wish أَطَعْنَاwe (had) obeyed ٱللَّهَallah وَأَطَعْنَاand obeyed ٱلرَّسُولَا۠the messenger۝٦٦ Āyah 66

وَقَالُوا۟and they will say رَبَّنَآour lord إِنَّآindeed we أَطَعْنَا[we] obeyed سَادَتَنَاour chiefs وَكُبَرَآءَنَاand our great men فَأَضَلُّونَاand they misled us ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠(from) the way۝٦٧ Āyah 67

رَبَّنَآour lord ءَاتِهِمْgive them ضِعْفَيْنِdouble مِنَ[of] ٱلْعَذَابِpunishment وَٱلْعَنْهُمْand curse them لَعْنًا(with) a curse كَبِيرًاgreat۝٦٨ Āyah 68
