يس

وَمَنand (he) whom نُّعَمِّرْهُwe grant him long life نُنَكِّسْهُwe reverse him فِىin ٱلْخَلْقِthe creation أَفَلَاthen will not يَعْقِلُونَthey use intellect۝٦٨ Āyah 68

وَمَاand not عَلَّمْنَٰهُwe taught him ٱلشِّعْرَ[the] poetry وَمَاand not يَنۢبَغِىit is befitting لَهُۥٓfor him إِنْnot هُوَit إِلَّا(is) except ذِكْرٌa reminder وَقُرْءَانٌand a quran مُّبِينٌclear۝٦٩ Āyah 69

لِّيُنذِرَto warn مَن(him) who كَانَis حَيًّاalive وَيَحِقَّand may be proved true ٱلْقَوْلُthe word عَلَىagainst ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَthe disbelievers۝٧٠ Āyah 70

أَوَلَمْdo not يَرَوْا۟they see أَنَّاthat we خَلَقْنَا[we] created لَهُمfor them مِّمَّاfrom what عَمِلَتْhave made أَيْدِينَآour hands أَنْعَٰمًاcattle فَهُمْthen they لَهَا[for them] مَٰلِكُونَ(are the) owners۝٧١ Āyah 71

وَذَلَّلْنَٰهَاand we have tamed them لَهُمْfor them فَمِنْهَاso some of them رَكُوبُهُمْthey ride them وَمِنْهَاand some of them يَأْكُلُونَthey eat۝٧٢ Āyah 72

وَلَهُمْand for them فِيهَاtherein مَنَٰفِعُ(are) benefits وَمَشَارِبُand drinks أَفَلَاso (will) not يَشْكُرُونَthey give thanks۝٧٣ Āyah 73

وَٱتَّخَذُوا۟but they have taken مِنbesides دُونِbesides ٱللَّهِallah ءَالِهَةًgods لَّعَلَّهُمْthat they may يُنصَرُونَbe helped۝٧٤ Āyah 74

لَاnot يَسْتَطِيعُونَthey are able نَصْرَهُمْto help them وَهُمْbut they لَهُمْfor them جُندٌ(are) hosts مُّحْضَرُونَ(who will) be brought۝٧٥ Āyah 75

فَلَاso (let) not يَحْزُنكَgrieve you قَوْلُهُمْtheir speech إِنَّاindeed we نَعْلَمُ[we] know مَاwhat يُسِرُّونَthey conceal وَمَاand what يُعْلِنُونَthey declare۝٧٦ Āyah 76

أَوَلَمْdoes not يَرَsee ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ[the] man أَنَّاthat we خَلَقْنَٰهُ[we] created him مِنfrom نُّطْفَةٍa semen drop فَإِذَاthen behold هُوَhe خَصِيمٌ(is) an opponent مُّبِينٌclear۝٧٧ Āyah 77

وَضَرَبَand he sets forth لَنَاfor us مَثَلًاan example وَنَسِىَand forgets خَلْقَهُۥhis (own) creation قَالَhe says مَنwho يُحْىِwill give life ٱلْعِظَٰمَ(to) the bones وَهِىَwhile they رَمِيمٌ(are) decomposed۝٧٨ Āyah 78

قُلْsay يُحْيِيهَاhe will give them life ٱلَّذِىٓwho أَنشَأَهَآproduced them أَوَّلَ(the) first مَرَّةٍtime; وَهُوَand he بِكُلِّ(is) of every خَلْقٍcreation عَلِيمٌall knower۝٧٩ Āyah 79

ٱلَّذِىthe one who جَعَلَmade لَكُمfor you مِّنَfrom ٱلشَّجَرِthe tree ٱلْأَخْضَرِ[the] green نَارًاfire فَإِذَآand behold أَنتُمyou مِّنْهُfrom it تُوقِدُونَignite۝٨٠ Āyah 80

أَوَلَيْسَis it not ٱلَّذِى(he) who خَلَقَcreated ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth بِقَٰدِرٍable عَلَىٰٓto أَن[that] يَخْلُقَcreate مِثْلَهُم(the) like of them بَلَىٰyes indeed وَهُوَand he ٱلْخَلَّٰقُ(is) the supreme creator ٱلْعَلِيمُthe all knower۝٨١ Āyah 81

إِنَّمَآonly أَمْرُهُۥٓhis command إِذَآwhen أَرَادَhe intends شَيْـًٔاa thing أَنthat يَقُولَhe says لَهُۥto it كُنbe فَيَكُونُand it is۝٨٢ Āyah 82

فَسُبْحَٰنَso glory be ٱلَّذِى(to) the بِيَدِهِۦin whose hand مَلَكُوتُis (the) dominion كُلِّ(of) all شَىْءٍthings وَإِلَيْهِand to تُرْجَعُونَyou will be returned۝٨٣ Āyah 83
