فصلت

وَمَنْand who أَحْسَنُ(is) better قَوْلًا(in) speech مِّمَّنthan (one) who دَعَآinvites إِلَىto ٱللَّهِallah وَعَمِلَand does صَٰلِحًاrighteous (deeds) وَقَالَand says إِنَّنِىindeed i am مِنَof ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَthose who submit۝٣٣ Āyah 33

وَلَاand not تَسْتَوِى(are) equal ٱلْحَسَنَةُthe good (deed) وَلَاand ٱلسَّيِّئَةُthe evil (deed) ٱدْفَعْrepel بِٱلَّتِىby (that) which هِىَ[it] أَحْسَنُ(is) better; فَإِذَاthen behold ٱلَّذِىone who بَيْنَكَbetween you وَبَيْنَهُۥand between him عَدَٰوَةٌ(was) enmity كَأَنَّهُۥ(will become) as if he وَلِىٌّ(was) a friend حَمِيمٌintimate۝٣٤ Āyah 34

وَمَاand not يُلَقَّىٰهَآit is granted إِلَّاexcept ٱلَّذِينَ(to) those who صَبَرُوا۟(are) patient وَمَاand not يُلَقَّىٰهَآit is granted إِلَّاexcept ذُو(to the) owner حَظٍّ(of) fortune عَظِيمٍgreat۝٣٥ Āyah 35

وَإِمَّاand if يَنزَغَنَّكَwhisper comes to you مِنَfrom ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِthe shaitaan نَزْغٌan evil suggestion فَٱسْتَعِذْthen seek refuge بِٱللَّهِin allah إِنَّهُۥindeed he هُوَ[he] ٱلسَّمِيعُ(is) the all hearer ٱلْعَلِيمُthe all knower۝٣٦ Āyah 36

وَمِنْand of ءَايَٰتِهِhis signs ٱلَّيْلُ(are) the night وَٱلنَّهَارُand the day وَٱلشَّمْسُand the sun وَٱلْقَمَرُand the moon لَا(do) not تَسْجُدُوا۟prostrate لِلشَّمْسِto the sun وَلَاand not لِلْقَمَرِto the moon وَٱسْجُدُوا۟but prostrate لِلَّهِto allah ٱلَّذِىthe one who خَلَقَهُنَّcreated them إِنif كُنتُمْyou إِيَّاهُhim alone تَعْبُدُونَworship۝٣٧ Āyah 37

فَإِنِbut if ٱسْتَكْبَرُوا۟they are arrogant فَٱلَّذِينَthen those who عِندَ(are) near رَبِّكَyour lord يُسَبِّحُونَglorify لَهُۥhim بِٱلَّيْلِby night وَٱلنَّهَارِand day وَهُمْand they لَا(do) not يَسْـَٔمُونَtire۝٣٨ Āyah 38

وَمِنْand among ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓhis signs أَنَّكَ(is) that you تَرَىsee ٱلْأَرْضَthe earth خَٰشِعَةًbarren فَإِذَآbut when أَنزَلْنَاwe send down عَلَيْهَاupon it ٱلْمَآءَwater ٱهْتَزَّتْit is stirred (to life) وَرَبَتْand grows إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِىٓthe one who أَحْيَاهَاgives it life لَمُحْىِ(is) surely the giver of life ٱلْمَوْتَىٰٓ(to) the dead إِنَّهُۥindeed he عَلَىٰ(is) on كُلِّevery شَىْءٍthing قَدِيرٌall powerful۝٣٩ Āyah 39

إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِينَthose who يُلْحِدُونَdistort فِىٓ[in] ءَايَٰتِنَاour verses لَا(are) not يَخْفَوْنَhidden عَلَيْنَآfrom us أَفَمَنso is (he) who يُلْقَىٰis cast فِىin ٱلنَّارِthe fire خَيْرٌbetter أَمor مَّن(he) who يَأْتِىٓcomes ءَامِنًاsecure يَوْمَ(on the) day ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ(of) resurrection ٱعْمَلُوا۟do مَاwhat شِئْتُمْyou will إِنَّهُۥindeed he بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُونَyou do بَصِيرٌ(is) all seer۝٤٠ Āyah 40

إِنَّindeed ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieve بِٱلذِّكْرِin the reminder لَمَّاwhen جَآءَهُمْit comes to them وَإِنَّهُۥand indeed it لَكِتَٰبٌ(is) surely a book عَزِيزٌmighty۝٤١ Āyah 41

لَّاnot يَأْتِيهِcomes to it ٱلْبَٰطِلُthe falsehood مِنۢfrom بَيْنِbefore it يَدَيْهِbefore it وَلَاand not مِنْfrom خَلْفِهِۦbehind it تَنزِيلٌa revelation مِّنْfrom حَكِيمٍ(the) all wise حَمِيدٍ(the) praiseworthy۝٤٢ Āyah 42

مَّاnot يُقَالُis said لَكَto you إِلَّاexcept مَاwhat قَدْwas said قِيلَwas said لِلرُّسُلِto the messengers مِنbefore you قَبْلِكَbefore you إِنَّindeed رَبَّكَyour lord لَذُو(is) possessor مَغْفِرَةٍ(of) forgiveness وَذُوand possessor عِقَابٍ(of) penalty أَلِيمٍpainful۝٤٣ Āyah 43

وَلَوْand if جَعَلْنَٰهُwe (had) made it قُرْءَانًاa quran أَعْجَمِيًّا(in) a foreign (language) لَّقَالُوا۟they (would have) said لَوْلَاwhy not فُصِّلَتْare explained in detail ءَايَٰتُهُۥٓits verses ءَا۬عْجَمِىٌّ(is it) a foreign (language) وَعَرَبِىٌّand an arab قُلْsay هُوَit (is) لِلَّذِينَfor those who ءَامَنُوا۟believe هُدًىa guidance وَشِفَآءٌand a healing وَٱلَّذِينَand those who لَا(do) not يُؤْمِنُونَbelieve فِىٓin ءَاذَانِهِمْtheir ears وَقْرٌ(is) deafness وَهُوَand it عَلَيْهِمْ(is) for them عَمًىblindness أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose يُنَادَوْنَare being called مِنfrom مَّكَانٍۭa place بَعِيدٍfar۝٤٤ Āyah 44
