التوبة

لَقَدْverily نَصَرَكُمُallah helped you ٱللَّهُallah helped you فِىin مَوَاطِنَregions كَثِيرَةٍmany وَيَوْمَand (on the) day حُنَيْنٍ(of) hunain إِذْwhen أَعْجَبَتْكُمْpleased you كَثْرَتُكُمْyour multitude فَلَمْbut not تُغْنِavailed عَنكُمْyou شَيْـًٔاanything وَضَاقَتْand (was) straitened عَلَيْكُمُfor you ٱلْأَرْضُthe earth بِمَا(in spite) of its vastness رَحُبَتْ(in spite) of its vastness ثُمَّthen وَلَّيْتُمyou turned back مُّدْبِرِينَfleeing۝٢٥ Āyah 25

ثُمَّthen أَنزَلَallah sent down ٱللَّهُallah sent down سَكِينَتَهُۥhis tranquility عَلَىٰon رَسُولِهِۦhis messenger وَعَلَىand on ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believers وَأَنزَلَand sent down جُنُودًاforces لَّمْwhich you did not see تَرَوْهَاwhich you did not see وَعَذَّبَand he punished ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieved وَذَٰلِكَand that جَزَآءُ(is) the recompense ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ(of) the disbelievers۝٢٦ Āyah 26

ثُمَّthen يَتُوبُallah accepts repentance ٱللَّهُallah accepts repentance مِنۢafter بَعْدِafter ذَٰلِكَthat عَلَىٰfor مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills وَٱللَّهُand allah غَفُورٌ(is) oft forgiving رَّحِيمٌmost merciful۝٢٧ Āyah 27

يَٰٓأَيُّهَاo you who believe ٱلَّذِينَo you who believe ءَامَنُوٓا۟o you who believe إِنَّمَاindeed ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَthe polytheists نَجَسٌ(are) unclean فَلَاso let them not come near يَقْرَبُوا۟so let them not come near ٱلْمَسْجِدَal masjid al haraam ٱلْحَرَامَal masjid al haraam بَعْدَafter عَامِهِمْthis their (final) year هَٰذَاthis their (final) year وَإِنْand if خِفْتُمْyou fear عَيْلَةًpoverty فَسَوْفَthen soon يُغْنِيكُمُallah will enrich you ٱللَّهُallah will enrich you مِنfrom فَضْلِهِۦٓhis bounty إِنif شَآءَhe wills إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah عَلِيمٌ(is) all knower حَكِيمٌall wise۝٢٨ Āyah 28

قَٰتِلُوا۟fight ٱلَّذِينَthose who لَا(do) not يُؤْمِنُونَbelieve بِٱللَّهِin allah وَلَاand not بِٱلْيَوْمِin the day ٱلْـَٔاخِرِthe last وَلَاand not يُحَرِّمُونَthey make unlawful مَاwhat حَرَّمَallah has made unlawful ٱللَّهُallah has made unlawful وَرَسُولُهُۥand his messenger وَلَاand not يَدِينُونَthey acknowledge دِينَ(the) religion ٱلْحَقِّ(of) the truth مِنَfrom ٱلَّذِينَthose who أُوتُوا۟were given ٱلْكِتَٰبَthe scripture حَتَّىٰuntil يُعْطُوا۟they pay ٱلْجِزْيَةَthe عَنwillingly يَدٍwillingly وَهُمْwhile they صَٰغِرُونَ(are) subdued۝٢٩ Āyah 29
