الإسراء

وَمَاand what مَنَعَprevented ٱلنَّاسَthe people أَنthat يُؤْمِنُوٓا۟they believe إِذْwhen جَآءَهُمُcame to them ٱلْهُدَىٰٓthe guidance إِلَّآexcept أَنthat قَالُوٓا۟they said أَبَعَثَhas allah sent ٱللَّهُhas allah sent بَشَرًاa human رَّسُولًاmessenger۝٩٤ Āyah 94

قُلsay لَّوْif كَانَ(there) were فِىin ٱلْأَرْضِthe earth مَلَٰٓئِكَةٌangels يَمْشُونَwalking مُطْمَئِنِّينَsecurely لَنَزَّلْنَاsurely we (would) have sent down عَلَيْهِمto them مِّنَfrom ٱلسَّمَآءِthe heaven مَلَكًاan angel رَّسُولًا(as) a messenger۝٩٥ Āyah 95

قُلْsay كَفَىٰsufficient is بِٱللَّهِallah شَهِيدًۢا(as) a witness بَيْنِىbetween me وَبَيْنَكُمْand between you إِنَّهُۥindeed he كَانَis بِعِبَادِهِۦof his slaves خَبِيرًۢاall aware بَصِيرًاall seer۝٩٦ Āyah 96

وَمَنand whoever يَهْدِallah guides ٱللَّهُallah guides فَهُوَthen he (is) ٱلْمُهْتَدِthe guided one; وَمَنand whoever يُضْلِلْhe lets go astray فَلَنthen never تَجِدَyou will find لَهُمْfor them أَوْلِيَآءَprotectors مِنbesides him دُونِهِۦbesides him وَنَحْشُرُهُمْand we will gather them يَوْمَ(on) the day ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ(of) the resurrection عَلَىٰon وُجُوهِهِمْtheir faces عُمْيًاblind وَبُكْمًاand dumb وَصُمًّاand deaf مَّأْوَىٰهُمْtheir abode جَهَنَّمُ(is) hell; كُلَّمَاevery time خَبَتْit subsides زِدْنَٰهُمْwe (will) increase (for) them سَعِيرًاthe blazing fire۝٩٧ Āyah 97

ذَٰلِكَthat جَزَآؤُهُم(is) their recompense بِأَنَّهُمْbecause they كَفَرُوا۟disbelieved بِـَٔايَٰتِنَاin our verses وَقَالُوٓا۟and said أَءِذَاwhen كُنَّاwe are عِظَٰمًاbones وَرُفَٰتًاand crumbled particles أَءِنَّاwill we لَمَبْعُوثُونَsurely (be) resurrected خَلْقًا(as) a creation جَدِيدًاnew۝٩٨ Āyah 98

أَوَلَمْdo not يَرَوْا۟they see أَنَّthat ٱللَّهَallah ٱلَّذِىthe one who خَلَقَcreated ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَand the earth قَادِرٌ(is) able عَلَىٰٓ[on] أَنto يَخْلُقَcreate مِثْلَهُمْthe like of them وَجَعَلَand he has made لَهُمْfor them أَجَلًاa term لَّاno رَيْبَdoubt فِيهِin it فَأَبَىbut refused ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَthe wrongdoers إِلَّاexcept كُفُورًاdisbelief۝٩٩ Āyah 99

قُلsay لَّوْif أَنتُمْyou تَمْلِكُونَpossess خَزَآئِنَthe treasures رَحْمَةِ(of) the mercy رَبِّىٓ(of) my lord إِذًاthen لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْsurely you would withhold خَشْيَةَ(out of) fear ٱلْإِنفَاقِ(of) spending وَكَانَand is ٱلْإِنسَٰنُman قَتُورًاstingy۝١٠٠ Āyah 100
