النور

أَلَمْdo not تَرَyou see أَنَّthat ٱللَّهَallah يُسَبِّحُglorify لَهُۥhim مَنwhoever فِى(is) in ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِthe heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِand the earth وَٱلطَّيْرُand the birds صَٰٓفَّٰتٍ(with) wings outspread كُلٌّeach one قَدْverily عَلِمَknows صَلَاتَهُۥits prayer وَتَسْبِيحَهُۥand its glorification وَٱللَّهُand allah عَلِيمٌۢ(is) all knower بِمَاof what يَفْعَلُونَthey do۝٤١ Āyah 41

وَلِلَّهِand to allah (belongs) مُلْكُ(the) dominion ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ(of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِand the earth وَإِلَىand to ٱللَّهِallah ٱلْمَصِيرُ(is) the destination۝٤٢ Āyah 42

أَلَمْdo not تَرَyou see أَنَّthat ٱللَّهَallah يُزْجِىdrives سَحَابًاclouds ثُمَّthen يُؤَلِّفُjoins بَيْنَهُۥbetween them ثُمَّthen يَجْعَلُهُۥmakes them رُكَامًا(into) a mass فَتَرَىthen you see ٱلْوَدْقَthe rain يَخْرُجُcome forth مِنْfrom خِلَٰلِهِۦtheir midst وَيُنَزِّلُand he sends down مِنَfrom ٱلسَّمَآءِ(the) sky مِن[from] جِبَالٍmountains فِيهَاwithin it مِنۢ[of] بَرَدٍ(is) hail فَيُصِيبُand he strikes بِهِۦwith it مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills وَيَصْرِفُهُۥand averts it عَنfrom مَّنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills يَكَادُnearly سَنَا(the) flash بَرْقِهِۦ(of) its lighting يَذْهَبُtakes away بِٱلْأَبْصَٰرِthe sight۝٤٣ Āyah 43

يُقَلِّبُallah alternates ٱللَّهُallah alternates ٱلَّيْلَthe night وَٱلنَّهَارَand the day إِنَّindeed فِىin ذَٰلِكَthat لَعِبْرَةًsurely is a lesson لِّأُو۟لِىfor those who have vision ٱلْأَبْصَٰرِfor those who have vision۝٤٤ Āyah 44

وَٱللَّهُand allah خَلَقَcreated كُلَّevery دَآبَّةٍmoving creature مِّنfrom مَّآءٍwater فَمِنْهُمof them مَّن(is a kind) who يَمْشِىwalks عَلَىٰon بَطْنِهِۦits belly وَمِنْهُمand of them مَّن(is a kind) who يَمْشِىwalks عَلَىٰon رِجْلَيْنِtwo legs وَمِنْهُمand of them مَّن(is a kind) who يَمْشِىwalks عَلَىٰٓon أَرْبَعٍfour يَخْلُقُallah creates ٱللَّهُallah creates مَاwhat يَشَآءُhe wills إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah عَلَىٰon كُلِّevery شَىْءٍthing قَدِيرٌ(is) all powerful۝٤٥ Āyah 45

لَّقَدْverily أَنزَلْنَآwe have sent down ءَايَٰتٍverses مُّبَيِّنَٰتٍclear وَٱللَّهُand allah يَهْدِىguides مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills إِلَىٰto صِرَٰطٍa path مُّسْتَقِيمٍstraight۝٤٦ Āyah 46

وَيَقُولُونَand they say ءَامَنَّاwe believe بِٱللَّهِin allah وَبِٱلرَّسُولِand in the messenger وَأَطَعْنَاand we obey ثُمَّthen يَتَوَلَّىٰturns away فَرِيقٌa party مِّنْهُمof them مِّنۢafter بَعْدِafter ذَٰلِكَthat وَمَآand not أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ(are) believers۝٤٧ Āyah 47

وَإِذَاand when دُعُوٓا۟they are called إِلَىto ٱللَّهِallah وَرَسُولِهِۦand his messenger لِيَحْكُمَto judge بَيْنَهُمْbetween them إِذَاbehold فَرِيقٌa party مِّنْهُمof them مُّعْرِضُونَ(is) averse۝٤٨ Āyah 48

وَإِنbut if يَكُنis لَّهُمُwith them ٱلْحَقُّthe truth يَأْتُوٓا۟they come إِلَيْهِto him مُذْعِنِينَ(as) promptly obedient۝٤٩ Āyah 49

أَفِىis (there) in قُلُوبِهِمtheir hearts مَّرَضٌa disease أَمِor ٱرْتَابُوٓا۟do they doubt أَمْor يَخَافُونَthey fear أَنthat يَحِيفَallah will be unjust ٱللَّهُallah will be unjust عَلَيْهِمْto them وَرَسُولُهُۥand his messenger بَلْnay أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَthose هُمُ[they] ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ(are) the wrongdoers۝٥٠ Āyah 50
