الشعراء

فَأَرْسَلَthen sent فِرْعَوْنُfiraun فِىin ٱلْمَدَآئِنِthe cities حَٰشِرِينَgatherers۝٥٣ Āyah 53

إِنَّindeed هَٰٓؤُلَآءِthese لَشِرْذِمَةٌ(are) certainly a band قَلِيلُونَsmall۝٥٤ Āyah 54

وَإِنَّهُمْand indeed they لَنَا[to] us لَغَآئِظُونَ(are) surely enraging۝٥٥ Āyah 55

وَإِنَّاand indeed we لَجَمِيعٌ(are) surely a multitude حَٰذِرُونَforewarned۝٥٦ Āyah 56

فَأَخْرَجْنَٰهُمso we expelled them مِّنfrom جَنَّٰتٍgardens وَعُيُونٍand springs۝٥٧ Āyah 57

وَكُنُوزٍand treasures وَمَقَامٍand a place كَرِيمٍhonorable۝٥٨ Āyah 58

كَذَٰلِكَthus وَأَوْرَثْنَٰهَاand we caused to inherit them بَنِىٓ(the) children of israel إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ(the) children of israel۝٥٩ Āyah 59

فَأَتْبَعُوهُمso they followed them مُّشْرِقِينَ(at) sunrise۝٦٠ Āyah 60

فَلَمَّاthen when تَرَٰٓءَاsaw each other ٱلْجَمْعَانِthe two hosts قَالَsaid أَصْحَٰبُ(the) companions مُوسَىٰٓ(of) musa إِنَّاindeed we لَمُدْرَكُونَ(are) surely to be overtaken۝٦١ Āyah 61

قَالَhe said كَلَّآnay إِنَّindeed مَعِىَwith me رَبِّى(is) my lord سَيَهْدِينِhe will guide me۝٦٢ Āyah 62

فَأَوْحَيْنَآthen we inspired إِلَىٰto مُوسَىٰٓmusa أَنِ[that] ٱضْرِبstrike بِّعَصَاكَwith your staff ٱلْبَحْرَthe sea فَٱنفَلَقَso it parted فَكَانَand became كُلُّeach فِرْقٍpart كَٱلطَّوْدِlike the mountain ٱلْعَظِيمِ[the] great۝٦٣ Āyah 63

وَأَزْلَفْنَاand we brought near ثَمَّthere ٱلْـَٔاخَرِينَthe others۝٦٤ Āyah 64

وَأَنجَيْنَاand we saved مُوسَىٰmusa وَمَنand who مَّعَهُۥٓ(were) with him أَجْمَعِينَall۝٦٥ Āyah 65

ثُمَّthen أَغْرَقْنَاwe drowned ٱلْـَٔاخَرِينَthe others۝٦٦ Āyah 66

إِنَّindeed فِىin ذَٰلِكَthat لَـَٔايَةًsurely (is) a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare أَكْثَرُهُمmost of them مُّؤْمِنِينَbelievers۝٦٧ Āyah 67

وَإِنَّand indeed رَبَّكَyour lord لَهُوَsurely he ٱلْعَزِيزُ(is) the all mighty ٱلرَّحِيمُthe most merciful۝٦٨ Āyah 68

وَٱتْلُand recite عَلَيْهِمْto them نَبَأَ(the) news إِبْرَٰهِيمَ(of) ibrahim۝٦٩ Āyah 69
