الأحزاب

لَّقَدْcertainly كَانَis لَكُمْfor you فِىin رَسُولِ(the) messenger ٱللَّهِ(of) allah أُسْوَةٌan excellent example حَسَنَةٌan excellent example لِّمَنfor (one) who كَانَhas يَرْجُوا۟hope ٱللَّهَ(in) allah وَٱلْيَوْمَand the day ٱلْـَٔاخِرَthe last وَذَكَرَand remembers ٱللَّهَallah كَثِيرًاmuch۝٢١ Āyah 21

وَلَمَّاand when رَءَاsaw ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَthe believers ٱلْأَحْزَابَthe confederates قَالُوا۟they said هَٰذَاthis مَا(is) what وَعَدَنَاallah promised us ٱللَّهُallah promised us وَرَسُولُهُۥand his messenger وَصَدَقَand allah spoke the truth ٱللَّهُand allah spoke the truth وَرَسُولُهُۥand وَمَاand not زَادَهُمْit increased them إِلَّآexcept إِيمَٰنًا(in) faith وَتَسْلِيمًاand submission۝٢٢ Āyah 22

مِّنَamong ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believers رِجَالٌ(are) men صَدَقُوا۟(who) have been true مَا(to) what عَٰهَدُوا۟they promised allah ٱللَّهَthey promised allah عَلَيْهِ[on it] فَمِنْهُمand among them مَّن(is he) who قَضَىٰhas fulfilled نَحْبَهُۥhis vow وَمِنْهُمand among them مَّن(is he) who يَنتَظِرُawaits وَمَاand not بَدَّلُوا۟they alter تَبْدِيلًا(by) any alteration۝٢٣ Āyah 23

لِّيَجْزِىَthat allah may reward ٱللَّهُthat allah may reward ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَthe truthful بِصِدْقِهِمْfor their truth وَيُعَذِّبَand punish ٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَthe hypocrites إِنif شَآءَhe wills أَوْor يَتُوبَturn in mercy عَلَيْهِمْto them إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah كَانَis غَفُورًاoft forgiving رَّحِيمًاmost merciful۝٢٤ Āyah 24

وَرَدَّand allah turned back ٱللَّهُand allah turned back ٱلَّذِينَthose who كَفَرُوا۟disbelieved بِغَيْظِهِمْin their rage لَمْnot يَنَالُوا۟they obtained خَيْرًاany good وَكَفَىand sufficient is ٱللَّهُallah ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ(for) the believers ٱلْقِتَالَ(in) the battle وَكَانَand allah is ٱللَّهُand allah is قَوِيًّاall strong عَزِيزًاall mighty۝٢٥ Āyah 25

وَأَنزَلَand he brought down ٱلَّذِينَthose who ظَٰهَرُوهُمbacked them مِّنْamong أَهْلِ(the) people ٱلْكِتَٰبِ(of) the scripture مِنfrom صَيَاصِيهِمْtheir fortresses وَقَذَفَand cast فِىinto قُلُوبِهِمُtheir hearts ٱلرُّعْبَ[the] terror فَرِيقًاa group تَقْتُلُونَyou killed وَتَأْسِرُونَand you took captive فَرِيقًاa group۝٢٦ Āyah 26

وَأَوْرَثَكُمْand he caused you to inherit أَرْضَهُمْtheir land وَدِيَٰرَهُمْand their houses وَأَمْوَٰلَهُمْand their properties وَأَرْضًاand a land لَّمْnot تَطَـُٔوهَاyou (had) trodden وَكَانَand allah is ٱللَّهُand allah is عَلَىٰon كُلِّevery شَىْءٍthing قَدِيرًاall powerful۝٢٧ Āyah 27
