الأحزاب

يَٰٓأَيُّهَاo prophet ٱلنَّبِىُّo prophet قُلsay لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَto your wives إِنif كُنتُنَّyou تُرِدْنَdesire ٱلْحَيَوٰةَthe life ٱلدُّنْيَا(of) the world وَزِينَتَهَاand its adornment فَتَعَالَيْنَthen come أُمَتِّعْكُنَّi will provide for you وَأُسَرِّحْكُنَّand release you سَرَاحًا(with) a release جَمِيلًاgood۝٢٨ Āyah 28

وَإِنbut if كُنتُنَّyou تُرِدْنَdesire ٱللَّهَallah وَرَسُولَهُۥand his messenger وَٱلدَّارَand the home ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ(of) the hereafter فَإِنَّthen indeed ٱللَّهَallah أَعَدَّhas prepared لِلْمُحْسِنَٰتِfor the good doers مِنكُنَّamong you أَجْرًاa reward عَظِيمًاgreat۝٢٩ Āyah 29

يَٰنِسَآءَo wives ٱلنَّبِىِّ(of) the prophet مَنwhoever يَأْتِcommits مِنكُنَّfrom you بِفَٰحِشَةٍimmorality مُّبَيِّنَةٍclear يُضَٰعَفْwill be doubled لَهَاfor her ٱلْعَذَابُthe punishment ضِعْفَيْنِtwo fold وَكَانَand that is ذَٰلِكَand that is عَلَىfor ٱللَّهِallah يَسِيرًاeasy۝٣٠ Āyah 30

وَمَنand whoever يَقْنُتْis obedient مِنكُنَّamong you لِلَّهِto allah وَرَسُولِهِۦand his messenger وَتَعْمَلْand does صَٰلِحًاrighteousness نُّؤْتِهَآwe will give her أَجْرَهَاher reward مَرَّتَيْنِtwice; وَأَعْتَدْنَاand we have prepared لَهَاfor her رِزْقًاa provision كَرِيمًاnoble۝٣١ Āyah 31

يَٰنِسَآءَo wives ٱلنَّبِىِّ(of) the prophet لَسْتُنَّyou are not كَأَحَدٍlike anyone مِّنَamong ٱلنِّسَآءِthe women إِنِif ٱتَّقَيْتُنَّyou fear (allah) فَلَاthen (do) not تَخْضَعْنَbe soft بِٱلْقَوْلِin speech فَيَطْمَعَlest should be moved with ٱلَّذِىhe who فِىin قَلْبِهِۦhis heart مَرَضٌ(is) a disease وَقُلْنَbut say قَوْلًاa word مَّعْرُوفًاappropriate۝٣٢ Āyah 32

وَقَرْنَand stay فِىin بُيُوتِكُنَّyour houses وَلَاand (do) not تَبَرَّجْنَdisplay yourselves تَبَرُّجَ(as was the) display ٱلْجَٰهِلِيَّةِ(of the times of) ignorance ٱلْأُولَىٰthe former وَأَقِمْنَand establish ٱلصَّلَوٰةَthe prayer وَءَاتِينَand give ٱلزَّكَوٰةَzakah وَأَطِعْنَand obey ٱللَّهَallah وَرَسُولَهُۥٓand his messenger إِنَّمَاonly يُرِيدُallah wishes ٱللَّهُallah wishes لِيُذْهِبَto remove عَنكُمُfrom you ٱلرِّجْسَthe impurity أَهْلَ(o) people ٱلْبَيْتِ(of) the house وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْand to purify you تَطْهِيرًا(with thorough) purification۝٣٣ Āyah 33

وَٱذْكُرْنَand remember مَاwhat يُتْلَىٰis recited فِىin بُيُوتِكُنَّyour houses مِنْof ءَايَٰتِ(the) verses ٱللَّهِ(of) allah وَٱلْحِكْمَةِand the wisdom إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah كَانَis لَطِيفًاall subtle خَبِيرًاall aware۝٣٤ Āyah 34
