فاطر

أَفَمَنthen is (he) who زُيِّنَis made fair seeming لَهُۥto him سُوٓءُ(the) evil عَمَلِهِۦ(of) his deed فَرَءَاهُso that he sees it حَسَنًا(as) good فَإِنَّfor indeed ٱللَّهَallah يُضِلُّlets go astray مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills وَيَهْدِىand guides مَنwhom يَشَآءُhe wills فَلَاso (let) not تَذْهَبْgo out نَفْسُكَyour soul عَلَيْهِمْfor them حَسَرَٰتٍ(in) regrets إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah عَلِيمٌۢ(is) all knower بِمَاof what يَصْنَعُونَthey do۝٨ Āyah 8

وَٱللَّهُand allah ٱلَّذِىٓ(is) the one who أَرْسَلَsends ٱلرِّيَٰحَthe winds فَتُثِيرُso that they raise سَحَابًا(the) clouds فَسُقْنَٰهُand we drive them إِلَىٰto بَلَدٍa land مَّيِّتٍdead فَأَحْيَيْنَاand we revive بِهِtherewith ٱلْأَرْضَthe earth بَعْدَafter مَوْتِهَاits death كَذَٰلِكَthus ٱلنُّشُورُ(will be) the resurrection۝٩ Āyah 9

مَنwhoever كَانَ[is] desires يُرِيدُ[is] desires ٱلْعِزَّةَthe honor فَلِلَّهِthen for allah ٱلْعِزَّةُ(is) the honor جَمِيعًاall إِلَيْهِto him يَصْعَدُascends ٱلْكَلِمُthe words ٱلطَّيِّبُgood وَٱلْعَمَلُand the deed ٱلصَّٰلِحُrighteous يَرْفَعُهُۥraises it وَٱلَّذِينَbut those who يَمْكُرُونَplot ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِthe evil لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment شَدِيدٌsevere وَمَكْرُand (the) plotting أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ(of) those هُوَit يَبُورُ(will) perish۝١٠ Āyah 10

وَٱللَّهُand allah خَلَقَكُمcreated you مِّنfrom تُرَابٍdust ثُمَّthen مِنfrom نُّطْفَةٍa semen drop; ثُمَّthen جَعَلَكُمْhe made you أَزْوَٰجًاpairs وَمَاand not تَحْمِلُconceives مِنْany أُنثَىٰfemale وَلَاand not تَضَعُgives birth إِلَّاexcept بِعِلْمِهِۦwith his knowledge وَمَاand not يُعَمَّرُis granted life مِنany مُّعَمَّرٍaged person وَلَاand not يُنقَصُis lessened مِنْfrom عُمُرِهِۦٓhis life إِلَّاbut فِى(is) in كِتَٰبٍa register إِنَّindeed ذَٰلِكَthat عَلَىfor ٱللَّهِallah يَسِيرٌ(is) easy۝١١ Āyah 11

وَمَاand not يَسْتَوِىare alike ٱلْبَحْرَانِthe two seas هَٰذَاthis عَذْبٌ(is) fresh فُرَاتٌsweet سَآئِغٌpleasant شَرَابُهُۥits drink وَهَٰذَاand this مِلْحٌsalty أُجَاجٌ(and) bitter وَمِنand from كُلٍّeach تَأْكُلُونَyou eat لَحْمًاmeat طَرِيًّاfresh وَتَسْتَخْرِجُونَand you extract حِلْيَةًornaments تَلْبَسُونَهَاyou wear them وَتَرَىand you see ٱلْفُلْكَthe ships فِيهِin it مَوَاخِرَcleaving لِتَبْتَغُوا۟so that you may seek مِنof فَضْلِهِۦhis bounty وَلَعَلَّكُمْand that you may تَشْكُرُونَbe grateful۝١٢ Āyah 12

يُولِجُhe causes to enter ٱلَّيْلَthe night فِىin (to) ٱلنَّهَارِthe day وَيُولِجُand he causes to enter ٱلنَّهَارَthe day فِىin (to) ٱلَّيْلِthe night وَسَخَّرَand he has subjected ٱلشَّمْسَthe sun وَٱلْقَمَرَand the moon كُلٌّeach يَجْرِىrunning لِأَجَلٍfor a term مُّسَمًّىappointed ذَٰلِكُمُthat (is) ٱللَّهُallah رَبُّكُمْyour lord لَهُfor him ٱلْمُلْكُ(is) the dominion وَٱلَّذِينَand those whom تَدْعُونَyou invoke مِنbesides him دُونِهِۦbesides him مَاnot يَمْلِكُونَthey possess مِنeven قِطْمِيرٍ(as much as) the membrane of a date seed۝١٣ Āyah 13

إِنif تَدْعُوهُمْyou invoke them لَاnot يَسْمَعُوا۟they hear دُعَآءَكُمْyour call; وَلَوْand if سَمِعُوا۟they heard مَاnot ٱسْتَجَابُوا۟they (would) respond لَكُمْto you وَيَوْمَand (on the) day ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ(of) the resurrection يَكْفُرُونَthey will deny بِشِرْكِكُمْyour association وَلَاand none يُنَبِّئُكَcan inform you مِثْلُlike خَبِيرٍ(the) all aware۝١٤ Āyah 14
