الشورى

مَنwhoever كَانَis يُرِيدُdesiring حَرْثَ(the) harvest ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ(of) the hereafter نَزِدْwe increase لَهُۥfor him فِىin حَرْثِهِۦhis harvest وَمَنand whoever كَانَis يُرِيدُdesiring حَرْثَ(the) harvest ٱلدُّنْيَا(of) the world نُؤْتِهِۦwe give him مِنْهَاof it وَمَاbut not لَهُۥfor him فِىin ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِthe hereafter مِنany نَّصِيبٍshare۝٢٠ Āyah 20

أَمْor لَهُمْfor them شُرَكَٰٓؤُا۟(are) partners شَرَعُوا۟who have ordained لَهُمfor them مِّنَof ٱلدِّينِthe religion مَاwhat لَمْnot يَأْذَنۢallah has given permission of it بِهِallah has given permission of it ٱللَّهُallah has given permission of it وَلَوْلَاand if not كَلِمَةُ(for) a word ٱلْفَصْلِdecisive لَقُضِىَsurely it (would have) been judged بَيْنَهُمْbetween them وَإِنَّand indeed ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَthe wrongdoers لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is a) punishment أَلِيمٌpainful۝٢١ Āyah 21

تَرَىyou will see ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَthe wrongdoers مُشْفِقِينَfearful مِمَّاof what كَسَبُوا۟they earned وَهُوَand it وَاقِعٌۢ(will) befall بِهِمْ[on] them وَٱلَّذِينَand those who ءَامَنُوا۟believe وَعَمِلُوا۟and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِrighteous deeds فِى(will be) in رَوْضَاتِflowering meadows ٱلْجَنَّاتِ(of) the gardens لَهُمfor them مَّا(is) whatever يَشَآءُونَthey wish عِندَwith رَبِّهِمْtheir lord ذَٰلِكَthat هُوَit ٱلْفَضْلُ(is) the bounty ٱلْكَبِيرُthe great۝٢٢ Āyah 22

ذَٰلِكَthat ٱلَّذِى(is of) which يُبَشِّرُallah gives glad tidings ٱللَّهُallah gives glad tidings عِبَادَهُ(to) his slaves ٱلَّذِينَthose who ءَامَنُوا۟believe وَعَمِلُوا۟and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِrighteous deeds قُلsay لَّآnot أَسْـَٔلُكُمْi ask you عَلَيْهِfor it أَجْرًاany payment إِلَّاexcept ٱلْمَوَدَّةَthe love فِىamong ٱلْقُرْبَىٰthe relatives وَمَنand whoever يَقْتَرِفْearns حَسَنَةًany good نَّزِدْwe increase لَهُۥfor him فِيهَاtherein حُسْنًاgood إِنَّindeed ٱللَّهَallah غَفُورٌ(is) oft forgiving شَكُورٌall appreciative۝٢٣ Āyah 23

أَمْor يَقُولُونَ(do) they say ٱفْتَرَىٰhe has invented عَلَىabout ٱللَّهِallah كَذِبًاa lie فَإِنbut if يَشَإِallah willed ٱللَّهُallah willed يَخْتِمْhe would seal عَلَىٰ[over] قَلْبِكَyour heart وَيَمْحُand allah eliminates ٱللَّهُand allah eliminates ٱلْبَٰطِلَthe falsehood وَيُحِقُّand establishes ٱلْحَقَّthe truth بِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦٓby his words إِنَّهُۥindeed he عَلِيمٌۢ(is) all knowing بِذَاتِof what ٱلصُّدُورِ(is in) the breasts۝٢٤ Āyah 24

وَهُوَand he ٱلَّذِى(is) the one who يَقْبَلُaccepts ٱلتَّوْبَةَthe repentance عَنْof عِبَادِهِۦhis slaves وَيَعْفُوا۟and pardons عَنِ[of] ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِthe evil وَيَعْلَمُand he knows مَاwhat تَفْعَلُونَyou do۝٢٥ Āyah 25

وَيَسْتَجِيبُand he answers ٱلَّذِينَthose who ءَامَنُوا۟believe وَعَمِلُوا۟and do ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِrighteous deeds وَيَزِيدُهُمand increases (for) them مِّنfrom فَضْلِهِۦhis bounty وَٱلْكَٰفِرُونَand the disbelievers لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(will be) a punishment شَدِيدٌsevere۝٢٦ Āyah 26

وَلَوْand if بَسَطَallah extends ٱللَّهُallah extends ٱلرِّزْقَthe provision لِعِبَادِهِۦfor his slaves لَبَغَوْا۟surely they would rebel فِىin ٱلْأَرْضِthe earth; وَلَٰكِنbut يُنَزِّلُhe sends down بِقَدَرٍin (due) measure مَّاwhat يَشَآءُhe wills إِنَّهُۥindeed he بِعِبَادِهِۦof his slaves خَبِيرٌۢ(is) all aware بَصِيرٌall seer۝٢٧ Āyah 27

وَهُوَand he ٱلَّذِى(is) the one who يُنَزِّلُsends down ٱلْغَيْثَthe rain مِنۢafter بَعْدِafter مَا[what] قَنَطُوا۟they have despaired وَيَنشُرُand spreads رَحْمَتَهُۥhis mercy وَهُوَand he ٱلْوَلِىُّ(is) the protector ٱلْحَمِيدُthe praiseworthy۝٢٨ Āyah 28

وَمِنْand among ءَايَٰتِهِۦhis signs خَلْقُ(is the) creation ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ(of) the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand whatever بَثَّhe has dispersed فِيهِمَاin both of them مِنof دَآبَّةٍ(the) creatures وَهُوَand he عَلَىٰ(is) over جَمْعِهِمْtheir gathering إِذَاwhen يَشَآءُhe wills قَدِيرٌall powerful۝٢٩ Āyah 29
